Job summary

Milani Cosmetics seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape brand expression across retail, packaging, and the physical consumer experience. You will translate creative direction into distinctive design, develop compelling merchandising and packaging concepts, and build scalable design systems for consistency across retailers, formats, and channels.

You will define key visuals and flex them across in-store environments, product launches, retailers, and channels, while protecting creative intent

Qualifications

• Translate brand strategy into strong retail design concepts.
• Develop merchandising and packaging concepts that reflect brand identity.
• Lead production-ready files with dielines, dimensions, and color specs.
• Collaborate across Creative, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Production.
• Maintain consistency across retailers, formats and environments.
