Turner Duckworth, a leading design agency in New York, is seeking a Senior Designer to join our New York studio. You will lead and contribute from concept through execution across brand identities, design systems, and packaging, working with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a design agency, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a collaborative, detail‑driven mindset. This is a hybrid role in NYC with three days in-studio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a design agency setting.
• Multidisciplinary with experience in brand identity, design systems, and packaging.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; strong craft across visual design.
