You will mentor designers and partner with creative, production, account and strategy teams to drive workshops and deliver cohesive brand solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a creative role.
• Experience with Motion Design.
• A minimum of 10+ years in a creative-focused agency or in-house at a leading brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead design output on projects with a strong point of view and craft.
• Mentor designers through informal guidance and peer reviews.
• Coordinate workshops and brainstorms with designers or clients.
• Collaborate with account and project management to navigate process challenges.
