Job summary

Landor, part of WPP, is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Chicago studio. You will craft memorable storytelling and ensure design continuity across brand, packaging, and experiences, collaborating with peers and partner groups.

You’ll bring 5+ years of brand/design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates innovative packaging and brand work. This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration four days weekly in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across brand, design, and packaging environments.
• Experience building brands from scratch or as a brand refresh.
• Ability to identify and deliver exceptional creative design.
• Strong packaging design skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Current design trend knowledge and skills.
• Familiarity with new media technology/software.
• Ability to collaborate confidently with team members.
• Passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems.
• Evidence of creative solutions that supports project goals.
• A comprehensive portfolio.

Responsibilities
