Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Sr. Brand Designer, Events to lead visual design for Tier-1 external events, translating strategy into cohesive experiences that showcase the IAM story. You will work across marketing, events, and product teams to deliver high-impact environments and storytelling at scale.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to define themes, supervise asset quality, and mentor vendors while advancing the brand across regional and global events. Hybrid work supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in brand, experiential or visual design for tech brands.
• Experience crafting event-specific visual narratives that connect product stories to outcomes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and presentation tools; familiarity with AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative strategy and visual concepting for Tier-1 external events with cross-functional partners.
• Translate event strategies into high-fidelity designs for digital, environmental and marketing touchpoints.
• Own initial assets for onsite and pre-event phases; coordinate with vendors for production and installation.
• Shape keynote creative direction with PMM and Events to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Develop scalable asset toolkits and templates for sessions and presentations.
• Provide day-to-day creative direction to agencies and production partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Events, PMM, Product Design, Sales and Exec Comms for cohesive experiences.
• Concept and design swag and activations to extend event narrative.
• Contribute to and evolve the experiential design system for events across regions.
