Koch Applied Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Master / Lead Service Technician to support service operations across commercial and industrial boiler systems. This role diagnoses, maintains, and repairs boiler, burner, and control systems, while leading field technicians to ensure exceptional service in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance, inspection, and repair of boiler systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, inspection, maintenance, and repair of boilers, burners, and controls.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Lead and mentor field service technicians and ensure safe, timely service.
• Travel to customer sites and communicate findings and improvements.
