Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Boiler/HVAC Technician to perform boiler and HVAC tasks and support maintenance on shift. The role requires RETA certification or ability to obtain it, strong safety leadership, and teamwork to repair equipment efficiently.

The position emphasizes inspections, troubleshooting, and adherence to food safety and GMPs, with a focus on safe operations and clear communication with operations teams. This is a full-time on-site role in Sioux Falls.

Senior Boiler/HVAC Technician

The Boiler/HVAC Technician will perform the duties of a Boiler Technician and assist other maintenance personnel on their shift.

Responsibilities:

• Have or be able to attain RETA certification
• Demonstrate strong safety leadership skills and follow safe work practices
• Work as part of a team to plan and conduct equipment repairs
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections
• Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities
• Maintain open and professional line of communication with operations
• Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests in a timely & effective manner
• Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices

Industrial maintenance experience should include comprehensive knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
