Job summary

PHYSICIAN AFFILIATE GROUP OF NEW YORK seeks a Body Imaging Radiologist to interpret body CT, MRI and fluoroscopic studies and to provide consultative support to referring physicians. The role includes teaching residents and fellows, participating in multidisciplinary conferences and QA initiatives, and maintaining radiology coverage with rotating on-call duties.

The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology with a Body Imaging fellowship and an active NY

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completion of a Body Imaging (Abdominal/Cross Sectional Imaging) Fellowship.
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a broad range of Body Imaging studies including CT and MRI.
• Interpret general radiology studies (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound).
• Perform and interpret fluoroscopic examinations.
• Provide consultative support to referring physicians on complex Body Imaging cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and QA activities.
• Teach residents, fellows and technologists as applicable.
• Participate in clinical coverage and rotating call.
