M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide advanced technical leadership in the development, implementation, and commissioning of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA systems. You will work across electrical distribution and control systems, supporting installation, testing, startup, and commissioning at customer sites.
The role requires strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA programming, configuration of Modbus devices, and the ability to travel regionally or nationally for startup activities.
Competenze
- Requires 10+ years of experience in installation, troubleshooting and/or testing EPMS, BMS, Industrial instrumentation and/or SCADA systems.
- 10+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or 8+ years with an Associate's degree.
- Reliable attendance at customer site during work hours.
Mansioni
- Lead development, implementation, testing, startup and commissioning of instrumentation devices within BMS/EPMS/SCADA and ICS systems.
- Perform basic TCP/IP configuration and configure communication devices.
- Troubleshoot communication links and configure Modbus Gateway devices.
- Understand vendor manuals and configure power meters, PDUs, ATS, generators, STS, UPS, and battery systems.
- Navigate EPMS/SCADA applications for monitoring, trending and data retrieval.
- Assist in planning and execution of complex projects with safety and quality focus.
