Job summary

Wipro in the United States is seeking a senior supply chain planning consultant with 10–15 years of experience to lead end-to-end Blue Yonder SCPO / Cognitive IBP implementations, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP orchestration.

You will gather requirements, design scalable configurations, drive UAT and go-live readiness, and coordinate with global teams on data integrations and analytics. A strong background in JDA/Blue Yonder and Agile delivery is essential.

Role Purpose

Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.

Areas of Responsibility

Requirement Gathering: Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals.

Feasibility Analysis: Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.

Solution Design: Contribute to solution design by identifying customisation requirements across multiple modules, basis understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements.

Configuration and Customisation: Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.

Technology Harmonisation: Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications.

Troubleshooting and optimisation: Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.

Documentation: Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Ensure business processes developed from business/data requirement documentation adhere to industry best practices and align with client objectives and business model. Oversee collection and analysis of necessary data from various sources
• Perform detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document configuration requirements, including: the customers supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, Planning processes as well as objectives and targets for JDA / Blue Yonder SCPO or Cognitive IBP implementation.
• Lead end to end implementation of Blue Yonder SCPO / Cognitive IBP modules including Demand Planning & Forecasting, Supply Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Optimization and S&OP / IBP orchestration
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, configurations, and planning workflows
• Define planning calendars, hierarchies, measures, and integration touchpoints
• Drive solution validation, UAT support, and go live readiness
• Act as primary solution partner for client business teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales)
• Run workshops, design sessions, and executive reviews
• Provide strategic recommendations on process harmonization, maturity progression, and roadmap
• Coordinate with integration, data, and technical teams on Data integrations, Data loads, interfaces and automation

Experience

• Overall 10-15 years of experience
• 8+ years of experience implementing / Development any supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions JDA / Blue Yonder (must).
• Certified or experience as a JDA SCPO or Cognitive IBP platform.
• Firsthand experience in leading a team through 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain Planning solution including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization.
• Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in supply chain operations.
• Thorough understanding of supply chain Planning concepts, processes (SCPO or Cognitive IBP), KPIs and best practices in supply chain Planning.
• Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data.
• Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject.
• Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels.
• Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.
• Strong experience in Advanced Supply Chain Planning concepts like Forecasting, constrained planning, allocation, deployment, KPI definition and planning analytics.
• Experience across multiple industries (Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Life Sciences preferred)
• End to end configuration knowledge of Blue Yonder SCPO / IBP planning engines
• Experience with planning model design, control parameters, and scenario simulations
• Understanding of Blue Yonder data model, batch jobs, and planning workflows

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
