Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a specialization in blockchain security analysis or smart contract auditing.
• In-depth understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptographic principles, and consensus mechanisms.
• Proficiency in analyzing smart contracts written in languages like Solidity or Rust for vulnerabilities.
• Experience with security assessment tools and techniques for distributed systems.
• Knowledge of common blockchain attack vectors and defense strategies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a fully remote role.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Blockchain Security Professional (CBSP) or equivalent are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• The role is remote first , however, familiarity with the South African market, including Welkom, Free State, ZA , is an appreciated addition but not mandatory.
