Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize the BlackLine platform, with a focus on Journal Entries and expanding automation. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure a stable, scalable system.

The role requires 3 years of relevant BlackLine experience, hands-on systems administration, and strong ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/Workday). A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

Qualifications

3 years of relevant experience supporting BlackLine or a comparable financial close, journal entry, workflow, or automation platform.
Hands-on experience with financial systems administration, configuration, testing, implementation, or production support.
Understanding of accounting processes, journal entries, financial controls, and close management activities.
Ability to coordinate priorities and deliverables across internal stakeholders, implementation partners, third-party providers, and offshore resources.
Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, or another major ERP platform.
Knowledge of financial system integrations, middleware, data interfaces, and enterprise security concepts.
Familiarity with banking, treasury, cash accounting, or financial operations processes.
Experience supporting finance transformation, shared services, or center-of-excellence environments.
Experience with Agile delivery, project implementation, testing, and change management practices.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the BlackLine platform across modules.
Serve as a key resource across Accounting, Finance, IT, and partners to maintain a stable, scalable, and well-governed platform.
Collaborate with offshore service teams, implementation partners, and transformation teams to deliver projects.
Assist with configuration, testing, and production support for BlackLine-related workflows and journal entries.
Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
