Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Engineering, or Business-related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience including business analysis, data management, troubleshooting and resolution, new development, report writing, testing, change management, web application design, and project management.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple areas/disciplines on complex assignments with some guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform production support activities for Commercial Operations and Commercial Services groups on LNG Transaction Management and Pipeline Transaction Management systems.
• Organize and perform requirements gathering, design, testing, and support of enhancements to LNG Transaction Management system for liquefaction and Pipeline Transaction Management system.
• Work on future requirements, design, and testing for additional applications for Commercial Operations, Commercial Services, Marine, and Land groups.
• Provide technical support for EDI transactions.
• Assist with BI reporting.
• Support ancillary systems.
• Provide 3rd party application support and some new development.
