PTC Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Biostatistics to lead statistical deliverables for clinical development programs. You will design studies, define analysis plans, and work with cross-functional teams and regulators to communicate findings.

The role requires advanced degree in statistics with 6+ years (or 8+ with MS) in pharma/biotech, strong SAS/R skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics or related field with a minimum of 6 years of pharma/biotech statistics experience.
• MS in Statistics or related field with at least 8 years of pharma/biotech statistics experience.
• Hands-on statistical programming using SAS and/or R.
• Experience supporting clinical studies and regulatory interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Ensures timeliness and quality of statistical deliverables for trials and analyses.
• Develops solutions to statistical and data analysis issues for cross-functional teams.
• Participates in vendor evaluation, selection, and management.
• Collaborates on protocol development including study design and power calculations.
• Reviews CRFs and data to ensure high-quality databases for analyses.
• Authors and manages SAPs and study reports.
• Performs other tasks as needed by management.
