Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Health Outcomes, Real World Evidence team in the US.
• Consult with research teams in protocol development and SAP execution.
• Assist with data cleaning and data management of various data types (survey, claims/EHR).
• Execute statistical analyses of assigned projects.
• Present analytical results to clients.
• Contribute to publications (posters, manuscripts).
• Mentor staff on research skills and consulting skills.
• Work with external partners as needed.
• Lead process improvements in project management and quality control.
