• Design, develop, and adapt mathematical and statistical models and techniques.
• Provide advice on probable effects of alternative actions.
• Support strategic planning for POTFF programs to enhance performance.
• Evaluate POTFF program and develop measures of effectiveness.
• Apply analytical skills to support Human Performance initiatives.
