Job summary

Natera is seeking an experienced Lead Biostatistician to guide design, analysis and reporting for oncology clinical utility studies. You will independently lead multiple trials, propose efficient designs, and influence decision-making across the portfolio.

You bring advanced biostatistics expertise, strong communication, and a track record of innovative methods in oncology. This role includes mentoring, SAPs and reports, collaboration with clinical and translational teams, and publishing

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biostatistics or related field; PhD preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics.
• Expertise in time-to-event analysis and survival modeling in oncology.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
• Proficient in R.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical design and analysis for oncology clinical utility studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence study planning and execution.
• Author SAPs, reports, and manuscripts for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior statisticians and improve department processes.
