Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Biostatistician to apply advanced statistical models to human performance programs supporting USSOCOM. The role involves data gathering, cleaning, analysis, and providing reliable findings to leadership.

A PhD and extensive related experience are required, along with the ability to guide analytical work across multiple projects and teams. The position emphasizes development of methods, metrics, and KPIs to inform program decisions and improve outcomes, with

Qualifications

PhD in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods and analyses for scientific inquiry and program evaluation.
Ability to gather, analyze, and present data for senior management decision-making.
Experience leading research teams and mentoring analysts.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data and derive insights for stakeholders.
Serve as point of contact for data usage across projects and guide product performance improvements.
Analyze extracted data, identify trends and provide insights.
Develop and implement new metrics and scripts as KPIs as needed.
Lead research initiatives and support POTFF program measures.
