Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field; PhD strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years biostatistics experience in pharma/biotech; CRO experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of Study Lead experience with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive study design, SAP development, ISS/ISE familiarity.
• Strong knowledge of advanced statistical methods and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills to explain stats to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead statistical analysis plans, including SAPs and analysis datasets.
• Design and evaluate study designs, sample sizes, and simulations.
• Lead efficacy analyses and interpretation of primary/secondary endpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate statistical methods clearly.
• Ensure CDISC-compliant data standards and regulatory submissions.
