Job summary

Cytel is seeking an experienced Principal Biostatistician to lead one or more Phase I–IV clinical studies embedded at a client site. You will guide statistical strategy, develop analysis plans, and oversee analyses across regions with a focus on regulatory-compliant submissions.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply advanced methods, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely, high-quality results for regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Advanced statistical knowledge for clinical trials (Phase I–IV).
• Excellent communication skills to explain statistics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in study protocol development and design discussions.
• Lead efficacy analyses and interpretation of primary/secondary endpoints.
• Review CRFs and develop SAPs and ISS/ISE summaries.
• Provide strategic statistical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Present statistical methodologies and assumptions clearly to clients.
