Job summary

United Pharma is seeking a senior process/facility engineer to support a facility-fit study within a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The consultant will review equipment specifications, develop implementation layouts, evaluate personnel and material flow, identify facility and utility gaps, and recommend facility modifications while supporting preliminary URS development and cost/schedule estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Ability to develop facility layouts and assess equipment-to-facility gaps.
• Knowledge of URS, CQV, and qualification concepts.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and independence in technical discussions.
• Experience with process/layout and utilities in bioprocessing.

Responsibilities

• Review equipment specifications and performance requirements.
• Develop implementation layouts and evaluate personnel and material flow.
• Identify facility and utility gaps and recommend modifications.
• Support preliminary URS development and qualification planning.
• Develop preliminary cost estimates and project schedules.
• Collaborate with Process, MSAT, Facilities, Validation, and SME teams to drive decisions.
