Job summary

Delray Medical Center is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to perform maintenance, testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of hospital biomedical equipment in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will work under the Plant Operations Management Team and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and optimal performance.

A2-year healthcare experience and an applicable degree are preferred, with licensure/certification strongly

Qualifications

Associate's Degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two years of experience as a Biomedical Technician in a healthcare setting preferred.
Biomedical Engineering licensure/certification strongly preferred.
Training in Electronic Engineering

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, service, testing, inspections, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of hospital biomedical equipment.
Follow directions from Plant Operations Management Team or Senior Management
