Qualifications

• PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline is required or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify analytical methods for biologic products and related impurities.
• Support characterization studies of recombinant proteins and conjugates using LC-MS, HPLC, SEC, and biophysical techniques.
• Review data, write technical reports, SOPs, and method protocols; transfer methods to CROs/CMOs as needed.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream process development teams and regulatory submissions teams.
• Lead or support technology transfer activities and GMP manufacturing documentation.
