Mayvin, Inc. seeks a Biochemical SME to provide technical support to the DHS S&T CBRNE Division, applying current knowledge of biochemistry and biophysics to counter‑WMD sensor systems.

The role includes technical reviews, program planning and execution, statistical analyses, and oversight of bio‑detection programs, with full‑time SME support.

U.S. citizenship and active SECRET clearance are required.

• Experience in technical reviews, program planning, and oversight of bio-detection programs.

• Advise CBRNE Division leadership on management issues and interactions with external agencies.
• Independently performs project management and program analysis within the CBRNE portfolio including accounting, contracts, purchasing, and economics.
• Demonstrated expertise in biochemistry/biophysics and solving complex problems efficiently.
• Perform project management support for developmental research projects.
• Lead experiment design and planning.
• Lead characterization plan definition and development.
• Lead data analysis plan definition and development.
• Lead testing interactions.
• Lead technology transition processes including budgets and requirements.
• Lead system engineering interactions.
• Lead program tracking, milestones and deliverables.
• Collect and screen project reports, posting to repository and notifying managers of potential concerns.
• Collaborate with federal program managers on government technical team activities and oversight.
