Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO, is seeking a Senior Scientist to join the Biotech department. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Drug Substances and Drug Products, performing method establishment and validations for ELISAs using ECL, and training junior staff.

The role requires strong data analysis, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work in a cGMP environment with timely results and clear communication to Eurofins clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or biology with 5 years in cGMP lab OR Master’s with 3 years in cGMP lab OR PhD with 1 year in cGMP lab.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Design, perform and optimize simple and complex experiments per regulatory SOPs.
• Perform method establishment and validations on ELISAs with ECL platforms.
• Analyze data and communicate results clearly.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Utilize LIMS and other lab systems effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery and adhere to schedules.
