Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a Senior Data Science Project Manager to lead data integration and analytics initiatives within regulated bioanalytical workflows. You will partner with scientists, IT, and operations to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions aligned with governance and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes project leadership, data architecture, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with expectations for a Monday–Friday 1st shift in West Point, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years leading data science, analytics, informatics, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical initiatives in regulated environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, data integration/ETL, dashboards, LIMS or similar systems.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data science initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop project frameworks, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among bioanalytical scientists, informatics, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions to improve operations and decisions.
• Ensure data quality and traceability across analytical platforms.
