Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a BIM/VDC Senior Engineer to join our Virtual Design & Construction team in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on facilitating problem-solving and coordinating project workloads.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of BIM/VDC experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in 3D modeling tools like Revit and Navisworks. We offer competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BIM/VDC experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of contract documents, drawings, and project schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate problem-solving using technology and collaboration with teams.
• Coordinate workload for projects with VDC Manager(s).
• Lead clash resolution and coordination meetings.
