Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to act as a senior technical contributor within our Digital Delivery organization. You will support large, multidisciplinary data-center and advanced manufacturing projects, combining deep BIM expertise with engineering design and constructability insights.

You will stay hands-on in design and documentation while guiding other BIM professionals, resolving complex modeling challenges, and driving continuous improvement across tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• Senior-level BIM expert with hands-on delivery experience on complex projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across disciplines.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and project workflows in data-center or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for data-center projects.
• Lead development and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models across structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil teams.
• Mentor designers and BIM professionals and drive model-quality improvements.
• Support clash detection, RFIs, and field coordination as required.
