Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead hands-on BIM development and multidisciplinary coordination for data-center and advanced manufacturing facilities. You will mentor teams, drive BIM standards, and advance Digital Delivery across projects.

You will also support model development, resolve complex BIM issues, and collaborate with structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines to deliver accurate, buildable designs.

Qualifications

• Extensive BIM/design experience for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Significant structural BIM and construction-document experience.
• Advanced experience with Revit Structure and complex structural families.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for complex projects.
• Lead BIM standards, workflows, modeling methodologies, and BEPs.
• Develop BEPs and establish project-specific modeling strategies.
