STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior BIM Lead for our Water Practice in Texas to guide BIM strategy, mentor teams, and optimize design workflows. You will drive standards across projects, coordinate multi-discipline BIM efforts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverables align with client BIM protocols.

The role requires deep BIM expertise, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to evolving technology adoption within the firm’s Texas locations.

Formación

• 15+ years in the AEC industry with a strong BIM focus.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience in parametric design and coding with Revit Dynamo Script.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and oversee BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve complex design issues.
• Provide hands-on support for BIM software and optimize performance.
• Manage enterprise digital design library, families, templates, and scripts.
• Evaluate deliverables for BIM plan compliance and client requirements.
• Interface with clients to define BIM deliverables per protocols.
• Promote improvement using project metrics analytics.
• Mentor project teams in BIM best practices.
