Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to advance Digital Delivery for data center and manufacturing projects. You will stay hands-on, developing and reviewing complex BIM models and construction documents while providing technical leadership to designers, engineers, and BIM professionals.

You’ll establish BIM standards, coordinate across disciplines, and mentor teams to deliver coordinated, constructible designs on fast-paced programs.

Qualifications

Senior BIM expertise with hands-on project delivery.
Ability to develop and review BIM models and construction documents.
Technical leadership to BIM designers, engineers and professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level BIM and Digital Delivery leadership for complex, multidisciplinary data center and advanced manufacturing projects.
Lead implementation of BIM standards, workflows, modeling methodologies, and Digital Delivery requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Coordinate BIM activities across multiple projects and teams.
Mentor team members and improve BIM standards and workflows.
Remain hands-on in model development and reviews.
Support coordination with engineering disciplines.
