Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a BIM Designer CSA Engineer to review Revit and Navisworks models, establish BIM standards, and support design, construction, and operations teams on a global scale. The role focuses on developing master plans, site layouts, and contract design package reviews for CSA across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive CSA delivery experience across multiple projects or business units.
• 5+ years of design and construction experience.
• 5+ years working with Revit.
• 5+ years working with Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractor projects or complex multi-disciplinary programs.
• Familiarity with digital construction tools, BIM and lean methodologies.
• Experience with ACC and Procore.
• Establishment and management of BIM/VDC models including geo-positioning and model reviews.

Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation Strategy and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Oversee BIM execution across design, construction, and operations.
• Lead discussions on engineering best practices and establish new standards.
• Develop BIM strategies for complex international projects.
• Ensure BIM files meet Fleet Standards and coordinate with consultants.
• Manage CDE and multi-stakeholder project coordination.
• Coordinate BIM execution with project leadership and delivery teams.
• Develop project framework documents (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, etc.).
• Provide technical support and training for BIM workflows.
