Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of patient billing policies, health insurance standards, and regulatory revenue cycle guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises workforce performance, including staffing, performance management, and development.
• Manages third-party billing vendors to optimize billing operations and maximize revenue.
• Drives physician revenue cycle process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitors revenue cycle KPIs to ensure timely billing and financial targets.
• Serves as departmental liaison among physician practices, operational leaders, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Identifies and oversees workflow, technology, and automation enhancements for better reimbursement outcomes.
• Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and scalability across the revenue cycle.
