Job summary

Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Senior Billing Compliance Analyst to perform advanced audits, data analytics, and strategic monitoring of billing practices. The role collaborates with leaders across departments to ensure compliant billing and coding practices.

You will develop training content, advise on regulatory changes, and guide process improvements to strengthen the organization’s billing compliance program. Remote work is available with Oklahoma coverage.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, coding guidelines
• Strong understanding of CMS billing guidelines and OIG focus areas
• Experience with hospital and professional billing audits and data analysis
• Ability to present complex information to leadership

Responsibilities

• Conducts hospital and professional billing audits and investigations
• Leads data analytics projects to identify systemic risk and opportunities for improvement
• Develops training content on billing compliance for staff
• Advises on regulatory changes and updates internal policies
