Interclypse Inc. is seeking an experienced BI/Analytics leader to design and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards for statewide Maryland agency modernization projects. The role emphasizes translating business requirements into scalable BI solutions and mentoring a BI team within a growth-minded culture.

The position requires strong data modeling, governance, and experience with BI tools. Onsite collaboration across Maryland locations is expected to deliver impactful insights and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years IT and business/industry experience.
• 3+ years as a technical expert coaching junior staff and guiding complex IT decisions.
• Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense, QuickSight, Tableau) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend).
• Qlik Sense or other BI Platform certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Qlik Sense dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and ensure optimal UX.
• Manage and mentor a team of BI developers; provide guidance and best practices.
• Optimize Qlik Sense data models and visualizations for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Drive automation and standardization of recurring reports.
• Monitor dashboard usage and performance; implement enhancements.
