Cushman & Wakefield seeks a BI Manager to lead analytics development for client technology solutions within our real estate programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards and data insights using our BI platform, aligning with business goals and governance policies.

The role emphasizes senior analytics leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring team members to mature analytics capabilities across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation.
• 7+ years of experience in analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 7+ years of experience in analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Define, Design, Develop and Deliver functional and highly leveraged analytics dashboards for Cushman & Wakefield’s Real Estate program using C&W’s BI Platform.
• Work with various levels of the organization to capture and document project goals, objectives, success criteria, and the associated business requirements.
• Own and execute data governance program while participating in data security program.
• Mentor team members wishing to move into the TPM role.
