Placements24 is seeking a Senior BI Developer to join the analytics team in East London. You will design, develop, and implement robust BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models, to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools, along with translating business needs into actionable insights and ensuring data accuracy and usability for all departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development or data warehousing.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong experience with SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses.
• Create and manage data models and cubes for reporting and analytical purposes.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, understand their data needs, and deliver effective BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the BI environment.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
