Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the architecture and evolution of our global data warehouse and analytics platforms.

You will define modeling standards, governance, and scalable frameworks for enterprise reporting while guiding teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT. The role emphasizes designing Snowflake-based solutions, automating tests, ensuring data lineage, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in enterprise data/BI engineering or analytics engineering
• 8+ years with Oracle EBS and Snowflake development
• Strong enterprise data architecture, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse design
• Advanced SQL/PLSQL/SnowSQL/T-SQL and performance optimization
• Experience building Snowflake data warehouses using dbt with CI/CD
• Experience with data integration tools like SAP Data Services, SSIS, Informatica, Snowflake Openflow, Airflow, or ADF

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and evolution of enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms
• Define data modeling standards, governance, and scalable analytics frameworks
• Develop scalable dimensional data models with staging, semantic, and reporting layers
• Drive data integration across EBS, ERP, manufacturing systems, external APIs, and cloud platforms
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional technical teams
• Guide strategic planning for analytics capabilities, data modernization, and roadmaps
• Ensure CI/CD, code quality, testing frameworks, and operational support
• Evaluate emerging technologies and improve data architecture and reporting capabilities
• Lead cross-functional programs across multiple teams to ensure delivery
