Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or BI.
• Insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience creating and analyzing data visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, Git, data storytelling and forecasting.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, MS Access).

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends to support business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports (KPIs, root cause analysis).
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights.
