Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator to manage aspects of employee benefits programs, compliance, audits, and open enrollment. The role supports the Employee Benefits Supervisor and interacts with carriers and vendors.

The position requires 3+ years in employee benefits, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Location options include Edwardsville or Springfield offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated employee benefits experience.
• Experience with employee benefit plan compliance including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and IRS Section 125.
• Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, FSA and HSA.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating ERISA, ACA and DOL compliance for benefit plans.
• Assisting with annual compliance reporting (1095-C, SAR, 5500, W-2).
• Assisting with employee benefit invoices and data audits.
• Backing up leave processes and union billing when needed.
• Managing Open Enrollment and carrier implementations.
