Job summary

Haven Behavioral Healthcare, part of Oceans Healthcare, is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support nursing staff and supervise BHTs on the floor, maintaining a therapeutic milieu and administering patient-care activities within the scope of training and experience.

The Lead BHT will ensure safety, implement de-escalation techniques, and communicate effectively with the care team while mentoring new staff and upholding Joint Commission, Federal, and State regulations.

• Communicate care plans and follow-ups to nursing staff
• Support patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs
