Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group in Georgia is seeking a Senior Consultant, Behavioral Health to lead strategic and consulting initiatives within the Behavioral Health department in the Georgia Region. The role may support Medicine Management or Therapy work and will coordinate with Behavioral Health leadership and health plan partners.

Qualifications

7+ years of consulting or similar experience in healthcare.
Excellent demonstrated consulting, project management, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability with proven results and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams.
Experience interpreting quantitative reports and making data-driven decisions.
Strong MS Office skills to create presentations and project plans.
Organizational and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Lead Behavioral Health programs and projects to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
Create and maintain project charters and plans; present recommendations to stakeholders.
Build collaborative relationships with Behavioral Health and executive leaders.
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle and mentor PMs within KP/TSPMG.
Develop, implement, and monitor BH programs, trainings, and communications.
Help develop and prioritize Behavioral Health department strategies.
Resolve problems across interdepartmental groups to drive solutions.
