About The Role

We are looking to expand our network of expert behavioral health consultants with Senior Behavioral Health Experts for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $80–120 USD/hour, with top-performing experts on our platform earning $150+ USD/hour.

This Role Includes

• Designing expert-level behavioral health scenarios, evaluations, and judgment tasks that today’s leading AI models struggle with.
• Evaluating and pressure-testing frontier AI systems in sensitive, high-stakes mental health contexts.

This is not therapy delivery, tutoring, or generic annotation work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to apply expert judgment in complex, ambiguous, or high‑risk mental health scenarios
• Track record of work with recognized institutions, healthcare systems, or public‑facing programs
• Advanced degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, or equivalent) preferred but not required; equivalent senior experience strongly considered
