Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) University program or equivalent coursework.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential preferred or currently eligible to begin fieldwork.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services to ignite change and achieve results.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to uncover unique needs.
• Design Plans of Care that guide progress and independence.
• Lead ABA team of BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Guide families with knowledge and empathy.
• Track progress towards meaningful success.
