Job summary

MeBe is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical excellence at our MeBe Learning Centers in Mesa, AZ. The Senior BCBA will review clinical programming, refine assessment documentation, and provide guidance as newer BCBAs build confidence and skills.

You will oversee adherence to weekly billable targets, support the team to meet clinical metrics, and participate in leadership trainings to ensure top-notch care and program quality.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 3 years, post-certification, as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 on a consistent basis.
• Support the team to ensure clinical metrics are met.
• Participate in monthly leadership development trainings to assist Site Director or act in their absence.
• Review clinical programming and fine-tune assessment documentation for newer BCBAs.

You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.
