Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in chemical processing, manufacturing, mechanical technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in an industrial plant environment, ideally in recycling, mining, metals processing, or chemical processing.
• Experience with lithium-ion battery handling or recycling is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated heavy industrial process equipment at plant level for battery recycling.
• Set up, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production.
• Conduct quality control checks, sampling, testing, and inspection to meet specs.
