Job summary

Uline is seeking a Building Automation Systems Manager to shape BAS strategy across 55+ facilities. You will lead a team of Building Systems Engineers, drive HVAC controls design, and set enterprise-wide standards, while evaluating new technologies for energy efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Building Automation Systems including BAS programming.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams on large-scale BAS projects.
• Willingness to travel to North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and optimization of BAS across 55+ facilities.
• Develop and manage Building Systems Engineers team.
• Oversee upgrades, standards, and cybersecurity for BAS.
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities and Construction teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
