Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a programmer/technical lead to develop custom DDC logic for projects of varying sizes using Tridium/Niagara and/or Distech software. You will configure high-level GUI workstations, integrate third-party protocols, and tune software to deliver precise HVAC sequences and network architectures in line with project specs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related technical field (experience can replace degree).
• 3+ years direct experience programming Tridium/Niagara or Distech.
• Ability to diagnose with Wireshark or similar tools.
• Experience designing DDC logic for HVAC control systems and sequence of operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Building Automation Controls logic and GUI interfaces per contract and budget.
• Develop custom control logic for Tridium/Niagara and/or Distech (DDC) to meet complex sequences.
• Design and configure Honeywell or Distech projects with hardware/software requirements.
• Integrate third-party devices via BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus, LonWorks into BAS environments.
• Perform point-to-point checkout and software tuning to verify real-world operation.
• Interpret project documents and assist in equipment selection to meet scope.
