Job summary

Albireo Energy in Omaha, NE is seeking a skilled technician to install conduit and wiring for Building Automation Systems, read electrical diagrams, and qualify to operate a company vehicle. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a Nebraska Journeyman's license and 4+ years of experience, with a valid driver’s license, ability to work overtime and travel as needed, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma with at least one year related experience
• Clean criminal history
• Valid driver's license and able to operate a company vehicle
• Experience with various systems and controls
• Overtime/variable shifts and travel as needed
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings
• Strong computer skills helpful but not required
• Clear communication with customers, contractors, supervisor and team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend and use ladders

Responsibilities

• Proactively work safely and efficiently in job functions
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Interact professionally with customers and contractors
• Coordinate with project managers and team leads to meet project needs
• Assist teammates as needed
• Install control wiring and components, EMT conduit, read diagrams
• Read MEP plans and construction documents
• Provide status reports on project involvement
• Troubleshoot system issues
• Possess or obtain OSHA Safety Certificate
