Job summary

LeoForce is looking for a Senior Building Automation Controls Engineer to support government and military facilities with BAS projects. This highly technical, hands-on position requires expertise in Niagara N4 programming, HVAC controls, and DDC systems.

Responsibilities include designing, programming, and commissioning control systems. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and be comfortable traveling extensively across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, DDC, or related control systems.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with BAS integration, programming, startup, checkout, testing.
• Strong experience programming HVAC application-specific controllers based on project requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting BAS networks, controllers, field devices, and system integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, integrate, and commission Building Automation and HVAC control systems.
• Develop control logic and programming from sequences of operation.
• Support estimating efforts by reviewing project requirements.
• Provide customer and end-user training on BAS operation.
• Travel to project locations for installation support and troubleshooting.
